TERMS OF DELIVERY

All deliveries are executed under the Incoterms (2015) and on the basis of the delivery terms as indicated on the quotations or order confirmations.

For "drop-off" deliveries with a total amount under 750 € or equivalent, we invoice a participation in the transportation and administration costs of :

• 75 € for the whole territory of Belgium

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, specified delivery times are indicative and not binding. From delivery, the buyer bears all risks relating to the sold goods, in particular transport risks, even if we are handling these services or they are provided at our request. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the price and the additional services, even if they have been modified, incorporated or filled.
